Terms of registration

Who we are

The Airway Dentistry Retreat is offered by Integrated Airway Institute LLC (Integrated Airway Institute, "we" and "us"). You can reach us at info@integratedairwayinstitute.com.

Registering

Registration is open to dental professionals. Please give us accurate information when you register.

The retreat is limited to 15 participants. Your seat is confirmed when your payment clears and we send you a seat confirmation email. Bank (ACH) payments can take several business days to clear.

If all seats are claimed, we add you to a waitlist and take no payment. We will contact you if a seat opens.

Tuition and payment

Tuition is $6,100 per participant. It covers what is described on our website when you register. You can pay in full, or in two payments of $3,050.

If you choose the split option and check the authorization box, you authorize us to charge the second $3,050 automatically to the same payment method on or shortly after February 11, 2027. If that payment fails, we will email you a secure link to complete it. Once your first payment is made, the full $6,100 is owed.

You can pay by credit card or ACH bank transfer. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.

Guests and additional nights

You may ask to register a guest or add nights at the resort. These are invoiced separately, at the price we quote you, and follow the same deadlines and refund terms as tuition.

Cancellations, refunds and seat transfers

Our cancellation, refund and payment policy is part of these terms. It explains refund deadlines, what happens if you cancel after choosing the split option, seat transfers, and what happens if we cancel the retreat.

Continuing education

The retreat offers 12 continuing education credit hours through AGD PACE. Credit is issued only to attendees who are present for the full retreat. After the retreat, you will be asked to complete a short survey, and your certificate of completion is then sent by email.

You are responsible for knowing your own licensing board's requirements. If your board has specific documentation requirements, tell us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

Changes to the program

We may make reasonable changes to the schedule, faculty or format. If we cancel the retreat or are unable to provide it as purchased, we will refund all tuition paid, as described in the cancellation, refund and payment policy.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. The terms in effect when you registered apply to your registration.
