Cancellation, refund and payment policy

Cancellations
Registrants may cancel and receive a full refund of their $6,100 tuition through December 10, 2026. Cancellations received after that date are eligible for a 50% refund. To cancel, email info@integratedairwayinstitute.com. The date we receive your email is your cancellation date.
Split payments
The split option is two payments of $3,050. The first is charged at registration. The second is charged automatically to the same payment method on or shortly after February 11, 2027. Splitting is a convenience only. Once the first payment is made, the full $6,100 is owed, and this policy applies to the full amount. If you cancel after December 10, 2026 and have paid in full, your refund is 50% of the full tuition ($3,050). If you chose the split option and have paid only the first $3,050, you would receive no refund and the second payment would not be charged.
Seat transfers
If you're unable to attend, your seat may be transferred to another dental professional at any time, provided the new registrant completes full payment. Contact us at info@integratedairwayinstitute.com to arrange a transfer.
No credit
We're unable to offer a credit toward a future retreat in place of a refund.
No exceptions
Given the intimate size of this retreat and the advance planning required, we're unable to make exceptions to this policy for medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances. We encourage registrants to consider travel insurance if this is a concern.
If we cancel
If Integrated Airway Institute cancels the retreat or is unable to provide it as purchased, we will refund all tuition paid.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go to the original payment method through Stripe and typically process within 2 weeks. Your bank may take additional business days to show the refund. Bank (ACH) payments are refunded to the same bank account.
Guests and additional nights
Guest registration and additional Miraval nights are invoiced separately and fall under the same deadlines and refund terms.
Continuing education
CE credit is issued only to attendees present for the full retreat.
Payments
You can pay by credit card or ACH bank transfer. Bank transfers can take several business days to clear, and your seat confirmation is sent once payment clears. If your second payment fails, we'll email you a secure link to complete it. If you have a concern about a charge, please email us first so we can resolve it quickly.
