What we collect

When you register, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, city and state, dental specialty, and how you heard about us. Your practice name and any questions or comments are optional.

When you pay, Stripe collects your card or bank details directly on its secure payment form. Your card and bank details never touch our website or our records. We receive and keep confirmation that you paid, the amount, and Stripe reference numbers for your payment and your saved payment method. If you choose the split payment option, we use that saved payment method only to charge your second payment.

After the retreat, we collect your attendance and your answers to the post-retreat survey, including your name and email address.

When you visit this site, Google Analytics records how visitors use it, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.

When you email us, we keep your messages and our replies.

How we use it

We use your information to process your registration and payment, hold your seat, send your confirmation and reminders, run the retreat, answer your questions, issue your continuing education certificate, handle refunds and payment disputes, keep records for tax, accounting and legal purposes, and understand how people find and use this site.

We use your email address and phone number for registration, payment, and retreat matters. That includes your confirmation, payment reminders, preparation details, the post-retreat survey, and your certificate.

Who we share it with

We use a few services to run the retreat. They handle your information only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy policies.

Stripe processes payments. Google provides the tools we use to store registrations (Google Sheets), send email, run the survey (Google Forms), create certificates (Google Drive and Slides), and measure site use (Google Analytics). Netlify hosts this site and runs the code that connects the registration form to Stripe and Google. Zoho Mail hosts our info@ inbox.

If we need to share your details with the resort for your room or with AGD PACE for your continuing education credit, we share only what is needed for that.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to respond to a payment dispute.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies to count visits and see which pages people use. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

The site also loads its font from Google, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads. Stripe may set cookies on its payment form to prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

We keep registration and payment records as long as we need them to run the retreat, issue certificates, and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. After that, we delete them or remove the details that identify you.

How we protect it

This site uses HTTPS. Registration records are kept in a Google account that only members of our team can open, and the payment form is run by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security. If a problem affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@integratedairwayinstitute.com. We may need to keep some records, such as payment records, for tax, accounting and legal reasons.

Who this site is for

This site is for dental professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
